Shoot Agreement (client)
The client-facing contract: parties, date, times and location, deliverables and how many images, editing scope, turnaround, fee and payment schedule, travel and expenses, cancellation and rescheduling, weather contingency, and release status. Its most valuable section is the one that separates copyright ownership from the licence the client receives — two different things that are conflated constantly, and the confusion behind most disputes in this trade. A client who believes they bought the copyright and a photographer who believes they sold a licence will disagree at the worst possible moment; writing both down at booking prevents it.

Frequently asked
Doesn't the client own the photos they paid for?
That depends entirely on what the agreement says and on the country — which is exactly why the form makes you state it rather than assuming. This tool records what you agree; it does not tell you what the default position is where you are.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a starting contract to adapt to your own terms and your own jurisdiction.
