Session Musician Release
For a player on a recording: the session, the recordings covered, whether they are on a buyout or retain points, their credit, and the rights they grant in their performance. Critically, it asks whether any writing contribution occurred — because that is the exact moment a split gets missed. A player who suggested the hook is a writer, everyone in the room knows it at the time, and nobody writes it down. If the answer is yes, it points at the split sheet.
