Symptom & Trigger Log
A general-purpose symptom diary for working out patterns with your clinician: each entry pairs a symptom and your own severity rating with what you ate, what you were doing, the environment, your sleep and stress, and anything you took. Useful for allergy, gut, dermatology and unexplained-symptom workups. It records correlations you noticed — it does not decide what causes what.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or bring it to an appointment.
Does this tell me if a reading is normal?
No. It is a logbook, not a medical device or an opinion. It records exactly what you entered so you can show your clinician a real history — what counts as normal for you is theirs to say.
Does it identify my triggers for me?
No. It gathers the evidence in one place, in date order, so you and your clinician can look at it together. Nothing here draws a conclusion.
