Seizure Log
Record each seizure while the details are fresh: when it started, how long it lasted, what it looked like, any warning beforehand, whether a rescue medication was given, and how long recovery took. Neurologists ask these exact questions, and nobody remembers three months of them accurately. Export or print the log and bring it to the appointment. This is a record only — it does not diagnose anything or tell you what a pattern means.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or bring it to an appointment.
Does this tell me if a reading is normal?
No. It is a logbook, not a medical device or an opinion. It records exactly what you entered so you can show your clinician a real history — what counts as normal for you is theirs to say.
What if someone else saw it and I didn't?
Use the witness field and write what they described. A witness account of what a seizure looked like is often the most useful part of the record.
