Scholarship & Award Tracker

Scholarship applications are lost to missed deadlines and half-finished requirements far more often than to rejection. List each award with its provider and amount, the deadline, the date you actually submitted, where it stands, and — the field that does the real work — what is still outstanding: the essay, the transcript, the reference that hasn't come back. Record whether it needs renewing and what renewal asks for, because a renewable award quietly becomes a second deadline next year. It tracks your applications; it does not find awards, check your eligibility, or predict your chances.

Frequently asked

Where is my data stored?

Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or hand it to whoever needs a copy.

Does this tool work anything out for me?

No. It is a record, not an authority. It stores exactly what you typed and does not calculate tax, value anything, check a rule, or decide whether a requirement has been met — the registry, board, county or agency involved is the only place that answers those.

Should I record awards I didn't get?

Yes — keep the row and set the status. Knowing which providers you have already applied to, and what they wanted, saves repeating work next cycle, and many awards can be reapplied for in a later year.
