Migraine Log
Log each migraine or headache attack: onset and duration, where the pain sat, your own rating of how bad it was, aura and other symptoms, what you suspect set it off, what you took, and whether it helped. Over a few months this becomes the attack-frequency and medication-use history a headache clinic will ask you for. It is a record, not an assessment.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or bring it to an appointment.
Does this tell me if a reading is normal?
No. It is a logbook, not a medical device or an opinion. It records exactly what you entered so you can show your clinician a real history — what counts as normal for you is theirs to say.
Why record the medication and whether it worked?
Clinicians ask how often you take acute medication and how reliably it helps. Writing it down each time gives an honest answer instead of a guess.
