Land & Parcel Ledger
For anyone holding more than one piece of land — inherited acreage, farm ground, timber, lots, family property — a plain ledger of what you own. Record the parcel ID or APN, a description, acreage, county and state, when it was bought and for how much, the tax account number and the next due date you were given, plus the easements, covenants and restrictions attached to it and where the deed and survey are kept. Those attachments are the detail that gets forgotten and then discovered at the worst moment. No figure here is calculated: it does not value land, compute tax, or tell you what a restriction means.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or hand it to whoever needs a copy.
Does this tool work anything out for me?
No. It is a record, not an authority. It stores exactly what you typed and does not calculate tax, value anything, check a rule, or decide whether a requirement has been met — the registry, board, county or agency involved is the only place that answers those.
Why is the tax due date something I type in?
Because due dates, billing cycles and rates are set county by county and change from year to year. Anything printed here would eventually be wrong for someone, so the ledger stores the date on your own bill and nothing else. Your county assessor or treasurer is the only source for it.
