Lab Result Tracker
Keep your own history of lab and test results across every clinic and lab you use, copied exactly as printed: test name, result, units, and the reference range that appeared on that report — ranges differ between labs, so the one on the page matters. Add who ordered it, what your clinician said, and any follow-up date. Portals lose history and clinics don't share; this is your copy.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — export to CSV/JSON to back it up, print it, or bring it to an appointment.
Does this tell me if a reading is normal?
No. It is a logbook, not a medical device or an opinion. It records exactly what you entered so you can show your clinician a real history — what counts as normal for you is theirs to say.
Why type in the range from my report instead of a built-in one?
Because there is no single correct range. Reference intervals differ by lab, method, age and sex, and your clinician may hold you to a different target entirely. Only the range printed on your own report belongs next to your own result.
