Grant Reporting Calendar
Winning the grant creates the obligation, and reporting is where small organisations quietly lose funders they already had. This is the list of everything owed: which funder, which award and award number, whether it's an interim or final report and narrative or financial, the period it covers, when it's due, who is responsible, and — the field that saves the week before it's due — what data or outcome figures you'll need to have collected by then. That last column is the whole point: most reporting panic is not writing, it is discovering that a number you promised to report was never being counted. Read it at the start of a grant, not the end. A funder who gets clean, on-time reports is the one most likely to fund you again, and renewals are cheaper to win than new funders.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is ever uploaded — a grant pipeline holds your strategy, your funder relationships and your unsuccessful attempts, and none of that belongs on someone else's server. Export to CSV to back it up, print it for a board meeting, or move it to another device.
Will it remind me before a deadline?
No, and it is important to be clear about that. This is a list you read, not a reminder service — it sends no alerts, shows no countdown and does nothing while the tab is closed. Put every deadline in whatever calendar actually interrupts you, and use this to hold the detail behind it.
Why is there a column for data needed rather than just a due date?
Because the due date isn't the problem. If a report has to state how many people completed a programme and nobody was counting completions, the deadline is already lost by the time you look at it. Filling that column when the grant is awarded tells you what to start tracking on day one.
