Employee Record Register
The pack writes the onboarding packet, the incident write-up and the review. This is the spine they hang off: who works here, from when, on what basis, what was issued to them and what was checked. A very small employer's problem is never the form - it is being asked, two years later, whether a contract was ever issued to somebody, and having no way to answer. It asserts no employment law whatsoever: no notice period, no probation length, no required document list, no retention period. It reports which cells are blank.

Frequently asked
Where is this stored?
Only on this device, in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Export to CSV or JSON to back it up, hand it to an auditor, or move it to another machine.
Does it know my deadlines and required frequencies?
No, and that is deliberate. Inspection intervals, retention periods and review cadences are set by your standard, your jurisdiction, your certifier or your own procedure, and they change. This runs offline and cannot know if one changed last month, so it never asserts one. You enter the dates that apply to you and it does the arithmetic on those.
Does it tell me what I am legally required to issue or keep?
No. Every one of those is jurisdictional, several carry penalties, and they change - a tool running offline that printed one would be confidently wrong in a domain where being wrong is expensive. It shows you which rows have nothing recorded, which is a fact about your register rather than a claim about your obligations.
