Frequently asked

Which duplicate is kept?

Your choice — the first or the last occurrence. Keeping the last is usually right when later rows are more recent updates.

Is matching case-sensitive?

No. 'ALICE@x.com' and 'alice@x.com' are treated as the same key, which is almost always what you want for emails and names.
