Digital Legacy Handoff
Your accounts outlive you and most families cannot reach any of them. This plans supported access — password-manager emergency access, Apple Legacy Contact, Google Inactive Account Manager, recovery codes — and records your wishes for each account. It insists you start with the primary email, because that resets everything else.

Frequently asked
Do I write my passwords on it?
No, and the document says so in bold. It is printable, so anyone who picks it up can read it. Record where access lives, not the credentials.
Can my family just use my password?
Usually that breaches the provider's terms and, on some readings, computer-misuse law. The supported routes are the providers' own legacy tools and a court-appointed representative — set them up while you can.
